Matting, Cancellation/No Show Policy/ and Requirements

A $50 handling fee will apply to dogs who require additional time and specialized handling. All cancellations or rescheduling must be made 48 hours in advance or 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will apply. (you book a $95 service and cancel the day before results in $47.50 fee or no future appointments will be made.) Late pickups will result in a $30 daycare fee. A $20+ fee will apply to dogs whose coats are matted. Up to date rabies vaccine is required.

My dog is anxious, can I still bring him to get groomed?

We do work with anxious dogs and will always do our best to safely complete the grooming service. Because these pets often need extra time and specialized handeling, an additional $50 will apply.

This is my puppies first time getting groomed, what can I do to prep him for a groom?

We strongly recommend to touch your pups paws, tail, face and reward with treats so they start associating it with something positive. A long walk beforehand can also help take the edge off their energy and anxiety. Try not to arrive in a rush, dogs pick up on that stress. Most importantly, dont worry if its not perfect the first time. We go at your pup's pace and focus on building trust so future grooms get easier.

Can I stay with my pet during the grooming process?

While we understand the desire to stay with your pet, we recommend allowing our professional groomers to work without distractions to ensure a calm and efficient grooming experience. Every dog is different so never say never. :)
